Each box from Archivist is made in the UK using a vintage windmill press. This image was part of Katsushika Hokusai’s series Thirty – Using a western perspective to represent both depth & volume. The artist’s obsession with the Mount Fuji and natural scenes can be attributed to a popular folktale that suggests that the elixier of life could be found at the mountain’s summit.

Each box contains approximately 125 matches with red tips.
